Service Description
Our package plans are designed for dog owners who want greater progress, flexibility, and value. With multiple sessions, we can build skills step-by-step, troubleshoot challenges, and reinforce learning for lasting results. Whether your goals include obedience, leash manners, impulse control, confidence building, or real-life behavior skills, each session is personalized to your dog’s needs and learning style. We use only positive reinforcement and real-world strategies to create consistent, measurable progress. Please note: This plan is a commitment of 4 or 5 private sessions. If you’re looking for just a single one-hour lesson, please select the Private In-Person option instead. We recommend starting with an Initial Consultation to determine which package best fits your training goals.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking guidelines before scheduling your session. Scheduling Sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be deducted from your package or charged as a completed session. This policy ensures fairness and protects time reserved specifically for you. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full session will be counted as used. Session Expiration All training sessions must be used within the time frame outlined in your agreement or package terms. Expired sessions cannot be extended unless otherwise stated in your contract. Final Session & Follow-Up Policy Clients who have one remaining session at the end of their program may use it as a Final Progress Review Session within three months of their contract end date. This session is intended for a final evaluation or to address a specific challenge related to your previous program. It is not a general training session or program extension. After this session is used, the original program is considered fully completed. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for informing us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health before their session. Training may be modified or postponed if necessary for safety. Payment All sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
