The Initial Consultation is perfect for dog owners who: - Are experiencing specific challenges like obedience issues, leash pulling, reactivity, or problem behaviors such as jumping, barking, or nipping. - Need tailored solutions to meet their dog's unique needs, breed traits, or personality. - Are unsure where to start with training and want expert advice on the best approach for their dog. This FREE session helps us get to know you and your dog better while creating a personalized training plan to achieve your goals together!
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: • Payment is due in full at the time of booking. • Sessions, programs, or services will not begin until payment is received. Late Payments: • Invoices not paid within 2 days of issue will result in the cancellation of your reservation and void any signed agreement. Rescheduling: • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. • Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations & Refunds: • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date will be refunded minus a $300 cancellation fee. • Once a program or session has started, no refunds will be issued.
